R. Noah Padgett is a research associate at the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and is affiliated with the Department of Epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Baylor University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship under Tyler VanderWeele. His research develops and applies advanced psychometric and Bayesian latent variable models to cross-national flourishing research, and he has led the statistical analysis infrastructure for multiple waves of the Global Flourishing Study.
