Brendan W. Case is Associate Director for Research of the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University, where he brings theology and philosophy into dialogue with the empirical social sciences to study the nature, distribution, and determinants of a good human life. He holds a doctorate in theology from Duke Divinity School and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor University's Institute for Studies of Religion. His published work spans theological ethics, the philosophy of happiness, homeschooling, and the intersection of religious participation and well-being.
