Noémie Le Pertel is an affiliated research scientist at Harvard SHINE (Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health) and a senior fellow and founding chair of the Economics of Wellbeing and Global Human Flourishing Working Group at Harvard University's Institute for Quantitative Social Science. She holds an EdD from the University of Pennsylvania, where her dissertation examined workforce flourishing across 122+ countries, as well as an MPH and MAPP. She also serves as a researcher on the Global Flourishing Study and provides consulting and executive coaching on organizational wellbeing.
