Everett L. Worthington Jr.

Everett L. Worthington Jr. is Commonwealth Professor Emeritus of Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University, from which he retired in October 2017 after nearly four decades. He is one of the world's leading researchers on forgiveness and has published more than 38 books and over 440 scholarly articles and chapters on forgiveness, humility, religion and spirituality, and couples therapy. He developed the widely studied REACH Forgiveness intervention model.
