Andrew D. Ho is the Charles William Eliot Professor of Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. A psychometrician, his research aims to improve the design, use, and interpretation of educational test scores in policy and practice, with work on measuring educational progress, inequality, and the development of the Stanford Education Data Archive (SEDA). He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and M.S. in Statistics from Stanford University and is Immediate Past President of the National Council on Measurement in Education.
