Verónica Fernández Espinosa is a Professor at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (UFV) in Madrid, Spain, where she also serves as Director of the Centre for Education in Virtues and Values. Her research focuses on character and virtue education, teacher leadership, and virtue-based models of educational leadership. She is vice-president of the European Character and Virtue Association, collaborates with the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues at the University of Birmingham, and in 2025 received the Jubilee Centre's Ambassador of Character Award.
