Meg A. Warren is Professor of Management in the College of Business and Economics at Western Washington University. Her research centers on positive organizational psychology, with a focus on allyship and well-being across cultures; she examines how individuals from more-privileged groups can effectively support the well-being of marginalized communities. She has authored more than 60 journal articles and book chapters and co-edited two books, and her work has been covered by media outlets globally.
