Leonie C. Steckermeier is Junior Professor of Applied Sociology at the RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, Germany, where she leads research on social stratification, quality of life, and subjective well-being. Her work employs quantitative, cross-national comparative methods to examine inequality, status anxiety, and the determinants of individual flourishing across European societies.
