Kuba Krys is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Psychology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, specialising in macropsychology and cross-cultural positive psychology. His research investigates societal-level well-being, cultural sensitivity, civicness, and how cultural environments shape life satisfaction and flourishing across dozens of countries. He has lived and worked in Japan as a JSPS Fellow and leads international collaborative projects on ideal well-being across cultures.
