Isabel Ortiz-Marcos

Isabel Ortiz-Marcos is an Associate Professor (Profesora Titular de Universidad) in the Department of Industrial Engineering, Organization, Business Administration and Statistics at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM). She holds a doctorate in Industrial Engineering and has over three decades of experience in project management, leadership development, and quality systems in engineering contexts. She founded and directed the Leadership and Technology Center at UPM (2020–2025) and currently serves as the university's Delegate to the USA and Canada, based at the Real Colegio Complutense at Harvard University.
