H. Jurgens Hendriks is Professor Emeritus of Practical Theology and Missiology at Stellenbosch University's Faculty of Theology, South Africa, and a founding member and programme coordinator of the Network for African Congregational Theology (NetACT). Over a career spanning four decades, he supervised more than 120 master's theses and 29 doctoral candidates, and published 12 books alongside 91 accredited journal articles. His research addresses congregational studies, evangelism, missional church development, and theological education in Africa.
