Deborah Skinstad is a Lecturer in Sport Science in the Division of Movement Science and Exercise Therapy, Department of Exercise, Sport and Lifestyle Medicine, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Stellenbosch University. She is a behavioural scientist and qualitative research methodologist whose work explores human experience in exercise therapy and sport contexts. She serves on the Executive Board of the International Society of Qualitative Research in Sport and Exercise.
