Ayse Yemiscigil is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and a Research Affiliate at the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University. Her research examines leadership development, human flourishing, meaning and purpose in work, and gender differences in time use, and she has published in journals including Psychological Science and PNAS. She received her PhD from Warwick Business School and previously held postdoctoral fellowships at the Human Flourishing Program and Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership. She is a co-author on the Global Flourishing Study's Turkey-focused analysis.
