Anna M. Zalewska is a full Professor in the Department of Psychology of Individual Differences, Diagnosis and Psychometric Research at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Warsaw, Poland. Her research examines the role of personality traits and environmental factors in predicting subjective well-being, life satisfaction, job satisfaction, psychological flourishing, and work-family balance. She has contributed to the Global Flourishing Study's Poland-specific analysis.
