Ahmed A. Moustafa is Professor of Psychology and Computational Modeling at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, where he leads research on computational and neuropsychological models of mental health conditions including addiction, Parkinson's disease, PTSD, depression, and schizophrenia. He trained at Cairo University and holds a PhD in cognitive science, and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Discover Psychology. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers and 11 books on computational neuroscience and mental health.
